She was born in Spokane, WA to the late Ivan Blair and Emma Joy Starr.On June 1, 1946 in Lewiston, ID she married Elbert Lee Elefson.Throughout her life she resided in Spokane, WA, Renton, WA, Rockville, MD, Martinsburg, WV, Waynesboro, PA, Olympia, WA.She was a homemaker and very much enjoyed her grandchildren and great grandchildren.Betty is survived by Sharon Worgum (Maurice), Deborah Kienle (Dan), and Kathryn Hawkins (Joseph); Grandchildren: Stephen Worgum, Tamara Campbell (Michael), Maurine Worgum, Carrie Nobles (Aaron), Chad Kienle, Breese Kienle, Greg Long (Amanda), Jennifer Jones (Andrew), Melanie Cochran, Brian Hawkins, Gary Hawkins, and Daniel Hawkins; and Great-grand- children: Bailey Worgum, Mackenzie Campbell, Avery Campbell, Cooper Campbell, Willow Evanger, Taylor Kienle, Bryanna Jones, Darius Johnson, Caroline Hawkins, Dylan Hawkins, Logan Jones, Allison Jones, Austin Jones.She was predeceased in death by: Elbert Elefson, spouse; Christine Long (Steve), Keith Elefson, children; Keith Joseph Hawkins, great grandchild; Evelyn Starr, and Randy Grimm, siblings.Funeral Service: will be held Wednesday 12/19 at 11:00 am at Resthaven Funeral Services in Frederick, MD.In lieu of flowers donate to Parkinsons disease foundation at www.pdf.org.
