William Frederick Baesman, 72, of 251 Hunter Ave. died Tuesday at 4:05 am of a heart attack. He is survived by his widow, Minnie C., one son, Fred of Dayton; two daughters: Mrs. William Pricer and Mrs. Charles Guy of Dayton; three sisters: Mrs. Phillip Mack of Chillicothe, Mrs. Mayme Lowe of Jackson, Mrs. Elizabeth Mapes of Jackson; and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at the Schlientz and Moore Brothers Funeral Home, 1632 Wayne Ave. at 2 pm Thursday, Rev. Carl Driscoll officiating.
Burial will be in Willowview Cemetery.

GUY, Mildred E. (Baesman) age 93, passed away peacefully into the arms of Jesus on March 27, 2012. Born on March 31, 1918, she lived her whole life in North Dayton and Vandalia, Ohio. A 1936 graduate of Kiser H.S., she married Charles R. Guy in 1939 and helped with the family plumbing business for many years. She was active in St. John's Lutheran Church in Vandalia and the Vandalia Sr. Citizen Center. She was an avid watercolorist and card player. She is preceded in death by her husband; Charles and son, Charles Jr. Treasuring her memory are daughters, Pat Muterspaw (Dick), Jean Palmer (Richard, deceased), Nancy Szkarupa (Al), and Cheryl Caudill (Paul). She has 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Holly James for her loving care of their mother and her grandmother. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends, Friday (TODAY) March 30, 2012 from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am at St. John's Lutheran Church, 122 W.
