She was born in Georgetown, the daughter of the late Arthur and Fern Watson Starks. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, David Schroth, and one brother, Clarence Starks.
Mrs. Kerr is survived by her husband, Gene Kerr; one daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Jim Phillips of Ripley; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law and spouse, Joann and Donald Wilson of Washington Court House; two nieces, Barbara Scaggs and Jeanie Bradford, both of Ripley.
