      Ishpeming, Michigan, March 13 – a fall of ground from a pillar in number three pit of the Cleveland mine, this afternoon, killed Thomas Northey and injured Mike Kippels, Henry McKee and Matthew Antells. The last named loses three fingers. Kippels' injuries are not serious. McKee loses 1 foot, and is considered in a serious condition. Last Wednesday five men were killed in the same pit, and Northey, who was killed today, was a brother-in-law of William Gendle, killed then. His wife is dying from the premature birth of a child, resulting from the shock of the former accident.
